Melbourne

We finally arrived in Melbourne.  We planned, at first, to head to Adelaide but they are having terrible bush fires.  So, we then decided to head to Melbourne, tour there, then fly to Tasmania for a week.

 Australian cities have done a great job of their waterfronts...lots of parks, green space, restaurants and promenades.  We've enjoyed them all.  Some interesting architecture in all the cities as well.

 Of course, since the climate is so nice, the flowers are gorgeous as well.

 They've managed to preserve many of their old buildings as well

 On our last day, we went for a wine tasting in the Yarra Valley.  Off to Tasmania tomorrow morning.  Lookout, Tasmanian Devil, here we come!
